While some users have a positive outlook for Telegram, others have expressed concern over the security of the platform. Some users have even feared for their safety, and warned of taking a vacation until the situation calms down.
The Russians were among the first to introduce carding forums. These forums are invitation-only, and in the Russian language. To access them, you must have a vouched account. Despite the fact that the carding forums are widely accessible, few studies have investigated the sellers and buyers who make their purchases on these forums. Most studies have focused on forum structure and expert interviews, but very little research has focused on the actual users.
