However, this does not eliminate the importance of economic, political and social factors. These factors are often reflected in the values of a person. Having a high value for health encourages people to seek preventive measures and engage in healthy behaviors.

Ultimately, the best way to improve the health of a person is to educate them about how to keep their body healthy. Taking good care of your body and avoiding harmful behaviors will give you the tools you need to live a healthy, full life.
